This is the website of writer, researcher and teacher Georgi Gill.
Thanks for stopping by.
I mostly write poetry and non-fiction. Find out more about my book, Limbo, other published work and projects.
My research at the University of Edinburgh explores how poetry may affect or enhance dialogues about multiple sclerosis.
I offer tailored poetry and creative writing workshops for a range of educational and community settings.
The best places are never in the best part of town,
the best places will always be shutdown in crackdowns
by the police, the Party, the state, until we are left
with the shabby, the hit and miss, the hit and run, the best
of the not quite worst and we must make do,
must head down unlit stone steps,
we must dip into Limbo.
